We have assembled a highly skilled workforce utilisng Henda's state of the art equipment. Henda are proud of the fact that all of our manufacturing is in house – whether it be CNC, EDM, EDM wire cutting, grinding, polishing or assembly of tools, meaning we are in total control. Individual components and EDM electrodes are constantly monitored and measured by our quality control department.
Moulds are designed and constructed on site using our sophisticated CNC technology. To ensure long service life only the highest grades of tool steels are used, mould plates are precisely machined to our customer's specifications. This means our tools are of superior quality and enhanced productivity for our customers. Henda runs 24 hours to ensure your project is delivered in the shortest possible lead time.
