We have 2D and 3D measurement machines and all the necessary equipment you would expect to produce quality moulds. Henda's equipment is regularly calibrated and checked in our climate controlled QC room. We have three phases for the QC process, Incoming material and components check, Components are checked at each stage of manufacturing before they move forward in the process. Final quality control is carried out upon completion of each mould to ensure the highest quality.
We will give you a guarantee that we have produced a 1st class mould, free from defects in material and workmanship for up to one million cycles. Mould base and steel certifications are supplied with all export standard tools.
